By accessing or using the Curbo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Curbo.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Curbo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
•
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
•
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
•
You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
•
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
When posting items on Curbo, you agree that:

You own or have the right to give away or sell the item you are listing.
•
All photos and descriptions are accurate and not misleading.
•
You will not list prohibited items including illegal goods, weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeit products, or items that violate third-party rights.
•
You are responsible for completing transactions you initiate.
•
Curbo is not a party to any transaction between users and is not responsible for items listed, sold, or exchanged.
You agree not to:

Post spam, duplicate listings, or misleading content.
•
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
•
Use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to access or collect data from Curbo.
•
Attempt to circumvent security measures or access accounts that are not yours.
•
Use Curbo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
•
Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
You retain ownership of content you post on Curbo (photos, descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant Curbo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You may remove your content at any time by deleting your listing or account.
Curbo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any item listings or user content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Curbo and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, any transactions between users, or any content posted by users. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amounts paid by you to Curbo in the past twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curbo and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your listings, your transactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us at hello@curbo.app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Curbo after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
